Who am I?
Body Building is life. Growing up, I was always the interested in health. When I was in high school that I got into going to the gym and working out. It took me years to learn to understand the best ways to lose weight and grain muscle. After a degree in sports nutrition & exercise physiology combined with many years competing in body building comps and coaching, I learnt exactly how to optimise my workouts in order to gain muscle in less time.Â
